I just bought some ice packs so that when it’s time to chill my wort I can do it more quickly. Why did I spend the last of my Amazon.com gift certificates on that? Because I’m going to teach my sister how to brew beer this weekend and I didn’t want to waste her time as we waited the extra hour it would take without the ice packs. I’m a good brother.
